As a Delivery Coordinator, you'll be key in growing our success by finding awesome talent and getting them ready to work. You'll help match people to jobs using our fantastic app, making sure our clients are happy and we're hitting our goals. You'll work with a supportive team to keep things running smoothly and make a real impact every week!
your typical day includes
You'll be busy connecting great people with open jobs, making sure their onboarding is a breeze, and always on the lookout for new talent to keep our team strong and ready for anything!
your responsibilities include
- Matching Talent to Opportunities: You'll actively manage open job orders, reaching out to potential candidates who are a great fit and getting them enthusiastic about starting their new roles.
- Ensuring Smooth Starts: You'll expertly guide new hires through the onboarding process, from background checks to site orientations, making their first day a success.
- Building a Strong Talent Pool: You'll proactively seek out and engage potential talent through various channels to meet current and future hiring needs, keeping our talent pipeline robust.
- Keeping Things on Track: You'll monitor job fulfillment, address any start issues, and communicate important market feedback to the sales team to ensure we're meeting client and talent needs.
- Leveraging Technology: You'll utilize our app and other digital tools to connect with talent, share job opportunities, and manage the onboarding journey efficiently.
your background
- At least 1 year of recruiting and talent acquisition fundamentals.
- Success in delivering to metrics.
- Demonstrated history of accuracy within distinct processes.
- Proven urgent & high volume talent delivery.
- Previous roles that have utilized ATS platforms.

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate's total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
