Gap Inc. Manager, Executive Search
- Support the execution of VP+ searches across the enterprise, partnering with senior recruiters and business leaders to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Conduct market research, talent mapping, and sourcing to build diverse, future-focused leadership pipelines.
- Manage key stages of the executive recruitment process, including candidate outreach, screening, scheduling, assessments, and coordination of interviews.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand role requirements, business priorities, and leadership expectations.
- Provide timely updates, insights, and reporting to recruiters and hiring leaders throughout the search process.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate data, ensuring compliance and consistency across all executive searches.
- Support the development of search materials, including position profiles, market summaries, and candidate briefs.
- Cultivate and maintain an inclusive network of executive talent, proactively engaging passive candidates aligned with Gap Inc.'s values and leadership capabilities.
- Assist in delivering metrics, dashboards, and search summaries that help leaders make informed talent decisions.
- Represent the Executive Search team with professionalism and strong communication, contributing to a positive candidate and stakeholder experience.
- Experience supporting executive search or senior-level recruitment, ideally within a complex or matrixed organization.
- Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify and engage VP+ talent across multiple functions and industries.
- Ability to translate business needs into effective search strategies and candidate profiles.
- Demonstrated track record to building diverse pipelines and supporting inclusive hiring practices.
- Familiarity with executive sourcing methodologies, market research, and competitive talent landscapes.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to partner effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Experience managing multiple searches or projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- ·High level of professionalism, discretion, and judgment when handling confidential information.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance hands-on execution and strategic thinking.
