* Portion ingredients according to EZPZ standards
* Label, store, and rotate products properly
* Maintain consistency and quality in every prep task Support the Pizza Line * Set up stations before service
* Restock ingredients throughout the shift
* Assist with pizza builds when needed
* Help maintain speed and flow during peak hours Keep the Kitchen Organized * Maintain clean prep stations and storage areas
* Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
* Assist with daily cleaning and closing tasks
* Help keep the kitchen service-ready at all times What We’re Looking For * Reliable and hardworking
* Organized and detail-oriented
