✨ Hiring: Senior Accountant

We're looking for an experienced Accounting Senior to partner closely with the Controller and play a critical role in managing litigation cost funds and trust accounts. Legal Experience highly preferred.

This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who thrives in a detail-driven, collaborative environment and is comfortable working independently.

Key Responsibilities: * Oversee and maintain cost fund and trust accounts
* Partner with legal teams to ensure accurate and timely settlement disbursements
* Process transactions (checks, wires, ACH) and maintain accounting records
* Perform monthly bank reconciliations and prepare journal entries
* Support month-end and year-end close processes
* Collaborate with external tax accountants on reporting needs
* Maintain and improve accounting controls, policies, and procedures
* Generate reports and support special projects as needed

What We're Looking For: * Bachelor's degree required (Accounting or Finance preferred)
* 5+ years of progressive accounting experience (AP, AR, reconciliations)
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and cross-functionally
* Excellent communication skills
* Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems (Elite 3E a strong plus)
* Experience in a professional services environment preferred

Salary: $80,000-$100,000 annually
