Leasing Agent
Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Leasing Agent for a well-established property management organization in Moreno Valley, CA.
This is a full-time, onsite opportunity for a customer-focused professional who enjoys working with residents, managing leasing activities, and ensuring an exceptional living experience.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct apartment tours and showcase community amenities.
- Assist prospective residents through the leasing process.
- Prepare and maintain leasing documentation and resident files.
- Respond to resident inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Support occupancy goals and resident retention efforts.
Qualifications:
- Previous leasing, property management, customer service, or sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
Compensation:
- $24.00 - $25.00 per hour (DOE)
- Full-time schedule
