We're Hiring: Supply Chain Buyer – multiple roles!
Temp or Temp-to-Hire | $37–$40/hr | Fully onsite in El Segundo, CA
We are urgently looking for sharp, execution-focused Supply Chain Buyers for a busy client to help keep our supply chain moving at the speed of innovation. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love solving problems before they become fires (and aren't afraid to fight a few fires when needed), this one's for you.
What you'll be doing:

• ? Own the Order Lifecycle — Create, release, and manage purchase orders based on MRP signals and production requirements, keeping open order and shortage reports accurate and up to date
• ? Expedite & Recover — Identify late and at-risk shipments, hold suppliers accountable to firm commit dates, and coordinate partial shipments or premium freight when the situation calls for it
• ? Keep Freight Moving — Partner with logistics teams, freight forwarders, and carriers to track shipments from supplier dock to receipt and resolve any delays or documentation issues along the way
• ? Be the Voice of Inbound Supply — Serve as the go-to contact for material availability, communicating shortages and recovery plans clearly to planning and operations teams

You bring: 2–5 years of tactical buying or supply chain ops experience, solid Excel skills (VLOOKUPs & Pivot Tables), and a strong sense of urgency. ERP experience (NetSuite a plus!) and a bachelor's degree round out the ideal profile.
? Based in Hawthorne, CA | Defense or aerospace industry experience a plus
