**Summary: **

Responsibilities:

• Software Development : Develop and maintain software modules and patterns for reuse across projects, enhancing code efficiency and consistency.
• Integration Testing : Conduct integration tests to ensure the reliability and performance of APIs, identifying and resolving any issues that arise.
• Agile Practices : Participate in Agile development practices, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and user story creation, to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Mentorship : Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles and improve their technical skills.
• Continuous Improvement : Contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices within the team, staying updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance our processes.

Requirements:

Must-Have Skills

• Minimum of 6–7 years of experience in backend development, with solid expertise in building and maintaining scalable applications.
• C# and .NET Framework : Proficiency in C# and the .NET Framework is essential for developing robust cloud-native applications. Experience in building scalable applications using these technologies is required.
• AWS Cloud Services : Solid Expertise in AWS cloud services is necessary for deploying and managing applications in a cloud environment. Familiarity with AWS tools and services will be critical for this role.
• Integration Testing : Experience conducting integration tests to ensure the reliability and performance of APIs. This includes developing test cases and troubleshooting issues.
• Agile Development : Familiarity with Agile software development practices, including user stories, backlog refinement, and sprint planning, is essential for effective collaboration within the team.
• Event-Driven Architectures : Experience implementing event-driven architectures using technologies such as Kafka and message queuing to enhance application responsiveness and scalability.
• Docker : Familiarity with Docker for containerization will aid in creating consistent development and production environments.
