College Hunks Hauling Junk & Moving is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This role is responsible for managing inbound leads, providing accurate service information, and converting inquiries into scheduled jobs.

We are looking for a confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service while driving results.

Position Overview

The Administrative Assistant will:

1. Respond promptly to inbound web and phone leads
2. Provide clear and accurate pricing information for moving, junk removal, and labor services
3. Guide customers through the booking process
4. Follow up with open estimates and unscheduled leads
5. Address customer questions and handle objections professionally
6. Confirm upcoming appointments and ensure job details are accurate
7. Maintain detailed CRM notes and job records
8. Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth scheduling and execution

Qualifications

1. 2+ years of inside sales or customer service experience (service industry preferred)
2. Strong verbal communication skills
3. Professional phone presence
4. Comfortable discussing service pricing and scope
5. Highly organized with strong attention to detail
6. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
7. Experience using CRM software is preferred
8. Spanish-speaking ability is a plus
