Customer Support Representative
- Engaging directly with customers via phone and electronic communication.
- Providing remote support to our valued customers.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction with every interaction, whether through calls or chats.
- Making outbound sales calls and scheduling demonstrations for our inside sales team.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving complaints effectively.
- Directing requests and unresolved issues to the appropriate resources.
- Documenting details of inquiries, comments, and complaints accurately.
- Maintaining an organized customer database.
- Collaborating and communicating with internal departments to enhance customer experience. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:**- Previous experience in a SaaS environment is highly desirable.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles, such as Customer Service or Customer Success.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work independently while also being a supportive team player.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and general computer skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a keen attention to detail.
- A passion for problem-solving and a willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Suite, Zoom, Basecamp, TimeDoctor, and Google Drive.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A proven track record of closing deals and achieving targets.
- Self-motivated, creative, and adaptable, with the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Strong communication and presentation skills. **A PLUS IF YOU HAVE:**- Experience in the SaaS, restaurant, hospitality, or food service industries.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations.
