Our factory-direct facilities on both coasts offer slabs, prefabricated countertops, prefabricated vanity tops, tiles, mosaics, faade panels and cut-to-size items; our west coast facility is home to the countrys largest selection of pre-fabricated countertops and vanity tops.

Position: Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Operations Support:
- Assist the Warehouse leadership with all aspects of the warehouse including inventory, order issues, customer issues, timekeeping, administrative tasks, and daily reports.

- Act as a liaison to the operations team and other departments to assist in all matters of the warehouse operations.
Customer Service Support:
- Assist the customer service department with payments, order releases, revision of orders as well as support customers by identifying products.

- Support the customer service department with end-of-day processes.

Sales Support:
- Respond to customer inquiries, order placement, and product assistance.

- Provide a timely response to all sales inquiries regarding inventory levels and product availability.

- Generate intercompany transfers between all US locations.

- Provide support for CA location for material selection process with customers.

Logistics:

- Responsible for scheduling deliveries for BCS (in-house fleet) trucks.

- Assist customers with scheduling third-party trucking as needed.

- Inventory:
- Support with any necessary inventory-related matters.

- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Associate or bachelors degree in operations preferred recent graduates welcome!

- 2 years of experience will be accepted in lieu of a degree or a combination of education and experience.

- Proficiency in MS Excel is required.

- Technology skills are required.

- High detail-oriented with ability to prioritize tasks independently, complete work under tight deadlines and provide timely and accurate responses to data requests.

- Strongoral and written communication, time and project management skills

Working Conditions: Multiple environments including office and warehouse.

Pay Range: $24/hour - $25/hour
