Physician

Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group (PAFMG) is seeking a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) physician to join our established interventional spine practice in San Jose, California.

Position Details:

• Fully established interventional spine practice with extensive internal referral network
• State-of-the-art outpatient medical center with collaborative ancillary support
• Full-time schedule: 35 patient contact hours per week
• Sutter Health–affiliated ambulatory surgery center located conveniently on campus

Qualifications:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in PM&R
• Fellowship training in Interventional Spine or Pain Management preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

• Guaranteed salary for two years with production bonus potential
• Shareholder eligibility after two years
