Client Service Associate
The Role
You will report to the Principal Software Engineer and work within the Client Services Team. This role combines client support with project execution duties to fulfill online data collection surveys and other research activities. You'll collaborate with the existing client service team, including the Senior Manager, Client Services and Project Coordinator, as well as department leaders pursuing new business development.
Things You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end project coordination, including survey setup, sample management, and quality control using internal web tools
- Guide clients through research study setup on the Forthright Access platform
- Monitor project health and proactively identify and address potential issues or red flags
- Maintain a strong understanding of company services and communicate research methodologies to clients.
- Provide excellent client communication and regular project status updates
- Assist in handling user support inquiries and troubleshooting technical issues
- Protect the Forthright member experience through quality assurance measures
- Assist with administrative tasks and support senior management
Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in client services, account management, or market research
- Basic understanding of research methodologies
- Strong organizational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Technical aptitude and ability to learn new software platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with research tools is a plus
Preferred Experience
- Working knowledge of survey platforms or market research
- Knowledge of sample balancing and field scheduling
- Understanding of panel management systems
- Background in customer service or client relations
