A healthcare opportunity is available for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to support the health and well-being of students at an elementary school setting for the uping semester. These contract positions focus on delivering passionate nursing care, health education, and safety monitoring within a vibrant educational environment.

Location: San Diego, CA
Job Duration: Full Semester (Contract)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care, including assessment, treatment, and health monitoring of students
• Manage student health plans and coordinate care with parents and healthcare providers
• Implement health screenings and respond to medical emergencies as needed
• Maintain accurate and confidential health records in pliance with district policies
• Collaborate with school staff to promote a safe and healthy learning environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Valid and current LPN license
• Experience in pediatric or school nursing preferred
• Strong munication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in an educational setting and handle multiple health-related tasks efficiently
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
