Job Title: Warehouse Associate (Shipping & Receiving)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate with strong computer skills, solid shipping and receiving experience, and proven forklift operation ability. This role is critical to ensuring accurate inventory management and efficient warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage shipping and receiving processes, including verifying, processing, and documenting incoming and outgoing shipments
- Accurately enter and track inventory data using computer systems, including Microsoft Excel
- Prepare shipping documents, labels, and maintain organized digital records
- Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular counts and system updates
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and vendors regarding shipments and inventory
- Ensure warehouse organization and adherence to safety standards
Requirements (Must-Have):
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, email, and data entry
- Prior experience in shipping and receiving within a warehouse environment
- Proven forklift experience (certification preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay:
$22 per hour
