Working Student / Volunteer Opportunity At Equatic Spa - San Marcos, Ca 🐴
Are you passionate about horses and eager to learn in a professional, high-performance environment?
Equatic Spa is now accepting applications for a working student or volunteer position! Our paid roles are filled, but we’re excited to open the door to someone who LOVES HORSES and wants to gain hands-on experience in advanced horse care and rehabilitation.
What We Offer:
Flexible schedule based on your availability (great for students, vet techs, equine program related students or part-time workers!)
Opportunity to assist with daily horse care, grooming, feeding, therapies, and facility upkeep.
Exposure to cutting-edge equine rehabilitation techniques including water treadmill, laser, shockwave, and MagnaWave therapies.
Riding and/or lessons available for experienced riders
Mentorship from a Top-level riders, professional equine therapy team, and supportive barn crew.
Our Ideal Candidate:
Reliable, eager to learn, and a team player.
Must be comfortable working around horses of all ages, breeds, and training levels.
Positive attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed
Some basic horse experience preferred – we’ll teach you the rest!
This is a non-paid educational opportunity with room to grow. For the right person, this could turn into a future paid role or training opportunity within our growing team. Also a great opportunity for students studying equine related programs and need real life/ hands on experience in the field.
