In-Home Sales Executive

Seeking dynamic and high performing In-Home Sales Executive to join our growing marketing team. Duties/Responsibilities:

• Participate in full life cycle lead and sales generation
• Conduct a professional presentation at customer’s homes
• Complete assessment of customer’s needs while at their home
• Demonstrate our “Award Winning” product during an in-home sales presentation
• Present warranty and available financing options to customer
• Generate installation proposals and quotes for customers
• Actively listening to the needs of perspective customers during the sales presentation
• One call close of contracts at customer’s homes
• Log all communications with customers in Jobber CRM contact database

Requirements/Skills:

• Positive attitude and insatiable desire to succeed
• Superior customer service skills
• Fast learner with an ability to multi-task
• Work well in a team environment with little direct supervision
• Detail oriented and strong work ethic
• Proficient with computer skills (Internet and Microsoft Office)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Motivated by career advancement with a high-income potential for top performers
• Proven track record of successful in-home sales experience and able to “get ink” (2+ years)
• Ability to obtain a Home Improvement Salesperson license with the State of Washington
• Reliable transportation with a clean DMV driving record and valid state driver’s license

Benefits/Compensation:

• $50,000 – $125,000+ (based on earned commissions)
