Are you the kind of person who loves solving problems, staying organized, and being the go-to person everyone can rely on? We’re looking for a Case Manager who’s positive, proactive, and ready to own their role on our fast-paced tax resolution team.

In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact for clients—keeping them informed, collecting documents, and helping them feel supported throughout the process. It’s part project manager, part client cheerleader, with a dash of detective work when digging into details. You’ll work alongside our in-house Tax Pros to keep everything on track.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Keeping clients updated and supported from start to finish

• Collecting and organizing financial documents like a pro

• Working closely with our tax experts to help resolve cases

• Managing deadlines, documents, and case timelines

• Acting as the friendly, go-to contact clients can trust

What We’re Looking For:

• Someone naturally organized and calm under pressure

• Strong communicator (friendly, clear, and professional)

• A team player with a take-charge attitude and great follow-through

• Enjoys solving problems and helping people

• Bonus points if you’ve worked in tax, legal, or finance—but not required

The Details:

• Full-time, Monday–Friday (8-hour shift)

• In-person role at our Woodland Hills, CA office

• Pay: $18.50–$22.50/hour (based on experience)
