Your Role:

• Lead Litigation Efforts: Manage employment and personal injury cases from start to finish, representing clients across state and federal courts.
• Strategic Negotiator: Lead settlement discussions and skillfully present arguments in mediation and courtroom settings.
• Legal Writing and Research: Draft compelling legal documents, motions, and pleadings with accuracy and strategic insight.
• Client Communication: Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and dedicated advocacy.

 

About You:

• Experience Level: 5-10 years of Plaintiff-side Labor & Employment Litigation and Personal Injury experience.
• Legal Expertise: Deep understanding of FEHA, Whistleblower laws, Fair Labor Standards Act, Wage & Hour laws, and experience with L&E Class Actions.
• Courtroom Confidence: Proven experience as 1st or 2nd chair in trials with excellent oral advocacy and litigation skills.
• Communication Skills: Strong legal writing abilities and a talent for conveying complex legal concepts with clarity.
• Team Spirit: Able to work independently and collaboratively within a supportive legal team.

 

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary Range: $110,000 - $160,000 annually, based on experience, plus potential bonuses.
• Bonus Structure: Includes discretionary, origination, and multi-tier bonuses.

• A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership with the state bar association.
