LIHTC Property Manager
LIHTC Community Manager – $26/hr (Contract/Temp Role)
Los Angeles, CA 90744 | Mon–Fri, 8:30am–5:00pm
Step into a key role supporting an affordable housing community where you’ll independently process LIHTC files, manage daily operations, and support residents with accuracy and professionalism. Job Description
You’ll take ownership of LIHTC and PHA application processing, recertifications, and core office duties—making a direct impact on the community’s compliance and resident experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Process LIHTC applications and recertifications independently
- Review and verify income documentation for compliance accuracy
- Complete daily office tasks and maintain resident files
- Submit required reports accurately and on time
- Serve residents with strong communication and professionalism
Required Skills
- Strong LIHTC and PHA experience
- Ability to independently process LIHTC files
- Understanding of income limits, rent limits, and compliance rules
- Experience reviewing verification documents and preparing recert packets
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Property management software experience
- Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities
Preferred Skills
- Experience in affordable housing auditing
- Prior work at LIHTC or mixed‑finance communities
