We are a leading environmental contractor specializing in air duct cleaning, demolition, asbestos, lead paint, mold remediation, legal assessments, and hazardous materials removal. With offices across California, Nevada, Washington, Oregon, and Arizona, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional services to our clients.
We are on the lookout for a talented Sales Estimator/Project Managers to join our team. This role involves opening new accounts, providing top-notch customer service to existing accounts, and building relationships with a diverse range of clients. The Sales Estimator/Project Manager will also be responsible for estimating upcoming projects and ensuring they are managed professionally from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and acquire new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.
- Project Management: Visit and inspect new and ongoing projects, manage them effectively, and create accurate project estimates using Xactimate and our internal CRM.
- Contract Management: Handle paperwork, secure signed contracts for new projects, and follow up on potential projects.
- Communication: Maintain constant communication with customers, office staff, supervisors, and the labor department to address customer requests, issues, and complaints.
- Professional Development: Schedule inspections, attend educational workshops, classes, and required software training courses to stay updated with industry knowledge.
- Certification Maintenance: Keep certifications current for estimating and managing demo/abatement/remediation projects.
- Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with customers.
Position Requirements:
- Industry Experience: Preferred experience in construction, abatement/remediation, restoration or reconstruction, and water mitigation.
- Sales Skills: Strong sales experience is preferred, with the ability to leverage industry relationships.
- Technical Skills: Xactimate experience is required.
- Customer Service: Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Time Management: Ability to work under time constraints to meet specific deadlines.
- Travel: Extensive local travel within the assigned region is required.
