We are looking for a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst to join our team in Concord, California. This role is integral to maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with reporting standards. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a thorough understanding of accounting principles.

Responsibilities:

• Lead preparation of recurring US GAAP and non-GAAP financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all accounting standards.
• Maintain disclosure checklists and ensure adherence to GAAP and reporting requirements.
• Monitor updates to accounting standards and assess potential impacts on financial statements.
• Manage complex accounting for non-routine transactions, including business combinations, debt modifications, equity conversions, consolidations, and other special projects.
• Conduct advanced accounting analyses related to goodwill impairment, reporting units, and non-controlling interests.
• Collaborate with teams across accounting, finance, legal, audit, and IT to resolve technical accounting, revenue recognition, and reporting issues.
• Oversee audit engagements, providing timely updates and supporting efficient completion of audit processes.
• Coordinate with external auditors, supplying documentation and guidance throughout annual testing.
• Assist with internal audit and SOX compliance initiatives.
• Perform key month-end close duties, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Support tax compliance by preparing documentation and coordinating with external advisors on federal, state, and local filings.

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in external audit or a related accounting/audit role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Audit, Tax, or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial statement preparation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong analytical abilities.
