Self-Starter: You can independently develop, share, and execute creative plans to evolve the guest experience and adapt to the ever-changing wine world.
Wine Knowledge: You’re comfortable conversing with serious enthusiasts and adept at making newcomers feel at ease in the wine world.
Responsive and Reliable: You’re quick to respond to winery member emails, phone calls, and texts, ensuring no detail is overlooked. Additional bonus qualifications:
Tech-Savvy: You’re skilled in crafting marketing emails, creating engaging social media content, managing hospitality calendars, and assisting with marketing collateral. Past success in these areas is a big plus. o Must be willing to work weekends
o Must be flexible: We are a small team, so the responsibilities of this position are somewhat fluid and can change as events around us change
o Must be at least 21 years of age
o Must have a valid drivers license and be insurable under the company auto insurance policy
o Accurate order entry in POS
