Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct proactive sales calls and outreach to identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
- Support recruiting efforts by identifying, sourcing, and engaging qualified candidates for client needs.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, candidates, and community contacts.
- Partner with internal teams to help deliver staffing solutions that align with client hiring goals.
- Assist with follow-up, communication, and relationship management to support client satisfaction.
- Represent the organization professionally while promoting staffing services and workforce solutions.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $25.00 per hour.
