Job Summary:

Itps is seeking a highly experienced and accomplished Senior SAP FI Consultant with advanced English proficiency. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 17 years of dedicated experience in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) module implementation, configuration, and support. This role demands a deep understanding of financial business processes and their translation into SAP solutions. The successful applicant will be instrumental in guiding clients through complex SAP FI projects, ensuring successful deployments, and providing expert-level advisory services. This is a senior-level position requiring extensive hands-on experience and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A minimum of 17 years of progressive experience in SAP FI consulting and implementation.
• Proven expertise in configuring and supporting all core SAP FI sub-modules (G_L, A_P, A_R, A_A, B_A).
• In-depth understanding of financial accounting principles and business processes.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in integrating SAP FI with other SAP modules (CO, SD, MM, etc.).
• Demonstrated experience in leading full-cycle SAP implementation projects.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal) is mandatory for effective communication with international clients and global teams.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong client-facing and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with third-party SAP FI solutions and add-ons is a plus.
• Relevant SAP certifications in FI or S/4HANA Finance are a significant advantage.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage SAP FI module implementations, upgrades, and rollouts from project initiation to successful completion.
• Analyze complex financial business requirements and translate them into effective SAP FI solutions, including detailed functional specifications.
• Perform expert-level configuration of the SAP FI module, including General Ledger (G_L), Accounts Payable (A_P), Accounts Receivable (A_R), Asset Accounting (A_A), Bank Accounting (B_A), and integration with other SAP modules (e.g., CO, SD, MM).
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution for critical SAP FI issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants and team members, fostering knowledge sharing and professional development.
• Develop and deliver high-quality training materials and conduct end-user training sessions.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for SAP FI, advising clients on best practices, system enhancements, and strategic roadmap development.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, project managers, technical consultants, and other SAP module experts.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP FI innovations, new functionalities, and industry trends.
• Utilize advanced English communication skills to interact with international clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring clarity and understanding in all communications.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities, including solution design and proposal development, as required.
• Ensure project documentation is accurate, comprehensive, and up-to-date.
