Project Coordinator
- Project (60%)
- Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to understand expectations and ensure project completion
- Coordinate schedules, resources, equipment and information for product and service-related projects
- Create and analyze sales reports on-demand and on-schedule primarily using data extracts, Excel pivot tables, Access, Power Point, Phocas, and other report analysis tools to effectively communicate findings to sales management.
- Establishing fact-based, data-driven understanding of business, market trends, and customer opportunities, communicating that information to the Sales and Marketing teams to aid in the strategic decision-making process
- Ensure customer needs are met as project evolves
- Oversee current projects and coordinate with multiple team members to keep workflow on track
- Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes, and emails
- Carry out tasks assigned by project leads and management
- Sales Support (20%)
- Work with account managers to create and implement targeted sales strategies
- Liaising with multiple teams and customers to ensure on site performances are in line with customer expectations
- Coordinate meetings and conference calls with operations and customers to present
- Work closely with sales development and project management to meet project milestones and deadlines.
- Receive and respond to issues reported by other departments using root cause analysis to determine and suggest the best method to resolve issues.
- Design & create presentable reporting for sales team to meet & review with customers.
- Be subject matter expert of business performance metrics and KPI’s.
- Operations Support (20%)
- Work closely with sales management and operations to ensure business performances follow customer requirements
- Develop and implement project plans for strategic initiatives designed to improve scheduling, operations capabilities, and responsiveness
- Accommodate expedited delivery needs for various customer business units
- Support on site and warehouse operations as needed
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree. Will substitute suitable work experience in lieu of education
- Advanced computer skills (e.g., Data entry, data analysis, email, Microsoft Office)
- Must have excellent organization, report presentation, and communication skills
- Has proven record of strong customer service experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience in Sales is a plus
- Ability to communicate with customers, and other team members in a professional manner
- Able to build constructive and effective relationships with a broad and diverse group of business partners
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly
- Must be able to review data sets and draw conclusions
- Must be able to plan and manage numerous processes and ad hoc projects simultaneously
- Will assure reporting and projects are completed within time and cost guidelines
- This position requires a combined skill set of critical thinking and development
- Ability to adapt to change in the workplace
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office software and aptitude to learn technical applications quickly
- Ability to develop a particular skill in others to bring them up to a predetermined standard of work performance
