Director of Membership Experience - Hotel Del Coronado

The Director of Member Experience with Hotel Del Coronado manages and enhances the member interactions. This role is responsible for implementing strategies that enhance member satisfaction, foster member loyalty and drive business growth.

• Promotes an environment where every decision, strategy and action is guided by the needs and expectations of the member.
• Create a member centric culture by inspiring and motivating the team.
• Design and implement strategies to enhance member experience.
• Manage member feedback by collecting, analyzing and acting on feedback. Use the feedback on opportunities to improve.
• Develop, execute, and oversee Club events including the development of social activities and calendar for the Club
• Collaborates with internal teams to influence direction and align delivery to optimize member experience.
• Maintain high visibility with members.
• Fosters a culture of continuous learning.
• Assist and direct in new member orientation

The annual salary range for this role is 100,000 - $125,000 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
