Logistics Assistant

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Assistant to join our growing team. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to contribute to the success of a company in the industrial biotechnology and specialty chemicals sector.

The Logistics Assistant will be responsible for supporting daily shipping and receiving operations, maintaining accurate warehouse documentation, and coordinating logistics activities to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills to interact with vendors, carriers, and internal staff.

To be successful in this role, candidates must have at least two years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations, with hands-on knowledge of shipping and receiving. Proficiency with Google Mail is required, and experience with SAP is a strong plus. Bilingual Spanish skills are highly preferred, as is prior experience working in warehouse settings. Familiarity with industries such as industrial biotechnology, specialty or industrial chemicals, environmental technologies, clean technologies, or agricultural and industrial products will also be considered an advantage, though not a requirement.
