Wispr is building Jarvis, starting with effortless voice dictation. Our mission is to make interacting with your devices as effortless as talking to a close friend. We believevoice is the most natural, powerful way to communicate and were building the interfaces to make that a reality.
Our voice dictation product, Flow, solves the biggest use case for technology: letting people communicate with others and AI. Flow is the first consumer voice dictation platform that people use more than their keyboards.

As Head of Talent Acquisition at Wispr, you will be responsible for taking the team from 21 people to 45 by the end of the year, and continuing to grow it rapidly as the company grows. Reporting directly to one of our cofounders, you will partner closely with senior leaders and run critical searches across functions (engineering, product design, marketing, etc.). To start, your role will be primarily individual contributing on technical rules.
Job Responsibilities
Drive the overall Talent Acquisition strategy, focused on meeting our business objectives and attracting top talent
Sourcing and attracting top-caliber engineering and machine learning talent
Defining creative ways of bringing in a large number of extremely technically qualified team members
Screening candidates to ensure they continue to up-level the quality bar at Wispr
Closing candidates
Provide regular feedback and hiring data to teams
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding
Must-Have Shortlist
7+ years of prior full life-cycle recruitment experience; preferably in a start-up environment
Track record of hiring and assessing top talent across all levels and functions, particularly in product design and engineering, and have an eye for assessing their portfolios and capabilities
Proactive, ambitious, and results-oriented approach to achieving targets
Highly organized and can manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
Strong client relationships management skills
