As FP&A Senior Analyst, you will partner with G&A leadership and provide support to the Corporate FP&A team in P&L consolidation. You will drive cross-functional, strategic planning and deliver value-added business analysis for various teams as a business partner supporting Finance, IT, Facilities and HR. You will also play a key role in supporting the Corporate FP&A team with consolidating and forecasting the companys operating model and analyzing data that informs key financial and growth metrics to drive business performance beyond the P&L.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with broader FP&A and GTM Strategy teams to drive forecasting accuracy and meet deadlines
• Provide financial expertise to enable strategic investment decisions for G&A Leadership
• Deliver timely consolidated financials and report on forecast performance
• Partner with the Accounting Team to support the month-end close process
• Co-lead the month-end review of financials, quarterly forecasting process, and annual planning cycle
• Support the maintenance of our financial planning tool and assist in reporting automation efforts
• Support strategic financial projects through scenario modeling and ad hoc analysis
• Prepare and analyze management presentations, including monthly reporting, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and Finance Review

QUALIFICATIONS

• 4+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, equity research, strategy consulting, or strategic finance, preferably at either a high-tech or enterprise software company
• Customer focus mentality and the demonstrated ability to provide thought leadership to various functions
• Deep experience with various financial applications, including ERP, CRM, and financial planning applications (Salesforce, Netsuite, Excel, Pigment etc.) and advanced Excel skills
• Familiarity with Enterprise Software (SaaS preferred) metrics, having experience calculating and comparing churn, dollar retention rates, cohort growth rates, customer acquisition cost, gross margin expansion etc.
• Self-driven and detail-oriented
• Experience working in a startup environment, with an ability to balance strategic initiatives and operational execution
• Bachelors Degree in Finance or related discipline

The annual salary hiring range for this position is $106,350 - $157,000 USD.

Compensation is based on factors unique to each candidate, including, but not limited to, job-related skills, qualifications, education, experience, and location. At Gong, we have a location-based compensation structure, which means there may be a different range for candidates in other locations. The total compensation package for this position, in addition to base compensation, may include incentive compensation, bonus, equity, and benefits.
