We are looking to hire someone who is excellent at organizing and delegating!!! We need someone who can manage our backroom donation processing and sorting area. You will be overseeing the other employees and ensuring that policies are followed within the store. You will ensure the store is an inviting and fun place to both shop and work. You would be one of the ring leaders of our management team and must work exceptionally well with others. We like to have fun while still maintaining excellent customer service and productivity. POSITION IS TUESDAY THROUGH SATURDAY 10:45-5:15 (you can start earlier each day if you desire more hours)

We are a local nonprofit called Destined for Grace. Our store fully funds our elementary school (Ecole Destined for Grace) in Haiti where we feed and educate 250 students.

Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to the following:

Opening and closing the storeProviding excellent customer serviceAble to walk/stand for seven hour shiftsFrequently lift and carry merchandisePrice and restock merchandiseProcessing donationsMerchandising sales floorCashieringFollow company policies and proceduresEnsure loss preventionManage/oversee 4-6 associatesOther tasks as assigned

Requirements for this position include:2+ years retail experience, management experience a plusCollege Degree a plus, but not required

Available to work 5 days a week weekly during open business hours which are Tuesday through Saturday 10:45-5:15 (additional hours are available if needed)

Must have customer service and leadership experienceExperience with cash handling, daily reporting procedures and inventory controlExcellent punctuality and attendance
