Personal Assistant to Multi-Faceted Dynamic Private Individual (Los Angeles)

We are seeking a talented Personal Assistant to support our client a high-profile individual in the entertainment industry to support their professional and personal life. The right candidate will be deeply familiar with the rhythms of film and television production and will bring a calm, proactive energy to a role that requires both precision and flexibility. This is a position for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, is comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy, and understands the importance of absolute confidentiality. This role will start out part-time and will grow to full-time as the position progresses.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage day-to-day scheduling, including call times, pickup schedules, and set-related logistics
• Coordinate wake-up calls and driver arrangements
• Liaise with culinary staff for meal delivery, container prep, and dietary preferences
• Personal and professional calendar management and scheduling
• Oversee access for cleaning and maintenance services during the principal's absence
• Maintain household inventory and ensure the residence is consistently well-stocked
• Book and coordinate personal appointments (wellness, beauty, and lifestyle services)
• Develop and maintain a curated contact list of trusted, preferred service providers
• Handle targeted errands requiring knowledge of specific vendors and specialty retailers
• Manage deliveries and returns
• Arrange all aspects of frequent international travel, including regular international trips
• Book flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and airport services
• Coordinating premium airport services
• Other ad hoc responsibilities as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5-7 years of EA or EA/PA experience, preferably in entertainment, fashion, or music
• Deep understanding of production schedules; onset culture, call sheets, etc.
• Track record of discretion and professional integrity
• Experience coordinating international travel
• Availability to accommodate production schedule

Compensation:

$110-125k DOE

Location:

Beverly Hills, CA. Hybrid schedule. 10-15 hours a week to start, and will grow to full-time.
