Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and well-organized Producer III to support the cross-functional needs of the marketing organization. The ideal candidate will collaborate across various teams, including Growth, Media, Creative, and Marketing Management, to ensure seamless communication and alignment. This role involves forecasting campaigns, managing timelines, maintaining trackers, scheduling meetings, and organizing all documentation related to Services Marketing. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, take initiative, and be a proactive problem solver.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with annual and quarterly forecast planning for upcoming marketing priorities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments within Services Marketing.
• Ensure alignment between Growth, Media, Email, Platform, Editorial, Business, and Marketing teams on initiatives.
• Maintain alignment on changing scopes and ensure accurate timelines.
• Coordinate meetings and ensure all necessary parties are involved.
• Maintain and distribute weekly project status updates for priority projects.
• Identify opportunities to optimize workflows in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Manage roadmaps, project scopes, creative review trackers, and production schedules.
• Make strategic decisions about information sharing with discretion.
• Take meeting notes and distill them for clarity and distribution.
• Partner with Resource and Brand Management to ensure alignment.
• Maintain and update master timelines and trackers.
• Collaborate with other Project Managers to standardize tracking protocols.

Qualifications:

• 5 to 7 years of experience as a project manager, program manager, or in operations management.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with all levels of management.
• Highly organized with strong task-tracking skills and acute attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proven track record of meeting timelines and making confident decisions under pressure.
• Passion for learning, continuous improvement, and sharing best practices.
• Strong work ethic, discretion, and trustworthiness.
• Experience handling critical and confidential information with integrity.
• Ability to anticipate change and react efficiently and expeditiously.
• Quick learner with the ability to retain new information effectively.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as AirTable, Quip, WorkFront, OmniPlan, Wrike, or similar platforms, as well as Numbers, Pages, iCal, Keynote, and Excel.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Pay Range: $55 - $60

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
