About The Role

The Director of Behavioral Intervention plays a key leadership role in creating a supportive, empowering, and healing-centered school environment for all students. This role provides direct supervision, coaching, and consultation to staff responsible for developing and implementing these plans, ensuring consistency, compassion, and effectiveness in every approach. In addition to team leadership, the Director of Behavioral Intervention maintains a small student caseload, offering direct assessment, consultation, and oversight to ensure interventions are meaningful, responsive, and impactful.

About The Program

Seneca’s Non Public School (NPS) network’s centralized support (Home Office) team provides support at all four NPS programs and is dedicated to making a profound impact on both students and staff. By prioritizing leadership development and staff training, the Home Office empowers staff to deliver individualized and effective interventions tailored to each student’s unique needs. Through comprehensive school-wide goal setting and progress monitoring, the Home Office ensures continuous improvement and alignment with each school’s mission and vision. Additionally, it provides access to shared related service providers, such as speech therapists and occupational therapists, to enhance support for students. Guided by the belief that understanding our students and their needs through a clinical and academic lens, is key to creating meaningful behavioral change, the Home Office is committed to fostering a positive school culture and lasting transformation for NPS students.
