Job Summary

We are continuously seeking experienced Office Support professionals for temp-to-hire opportunities in Orange, CA. Key Responsibilities

- Provide administrative and clerical support to managers, departments, and office teams.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls while delivering professional customer service.
- Manage calendars, appointments, meeting schedules, and general office coordination.
- Perform accurate data entry, record maintenance, filing, and document organization.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, business documents, invoices, purchase orders, and related paperwork.
- Support day-to-day office operations and assist with customer service inquiries as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay range: $20 to $25 per hour.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
- Location: Orange, CA.

Additional Skills

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Provide administrative support to office teams, departments, and managers.
- Manage calls, schedules, records, correspondence, and business documents.
- Support customer service inquiries and general office operations.
- Process administrative paperwork such as invoices, purchase orders, and reports.

- 3 to 5 years of administrative, clerical, receptionist, customer service, or office support experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Preferred Qualifications

- Additional education or training in business, office administration, or a related field.
- Experience supporting multiple departments, managers, or high-volume office environments.
- Prior experience processing invoices, purchase orders, or administrative documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing office priorities.
