Front Office Team Lead

About the Role:

As the Front Office Team Lead , you will be responsible for ensuring the front office operations are running smoothly by leading the work of the Front Office Coordinators and Medical Assistants. You will be a resource to the front office staff by providing insight and guidance on front office processes and procedures. This position is instrumental in ensuring the medical environment allows our providers to deliver quality patient care.

The Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong leadership skills with prior team lead or supervisory experience
• 1+ year of recent admin/clerical experience
• 1+ year of customer service experience
• Experience within a healthcare setting is preferred
• Experience with NextGen desired
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills

The pay for this position is $22 to $24 per hour. We offer full benefits (medical, dental, vision), paid time off, holiday pay, 401k, tuition reimbursement, paid parental leave, and more.
