TMZ Tours is seeking a professional and high-energy Host to monitor and oversee our weekend tour operations. This role is responsible for the nightly execution of our After Dark Tour, our brand-new Comedy Crawl, and our Sunday Brunch experience. The Host serves as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless transition between the bus and various high-profile venues. We are looking for a candidate who can maintain a "VIP" atmosphere while managing logistics, safety, and crowd flow with total professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee guest check-in process
- Review safety rules and tour process (itinerary and departure times)
- Lead tour guests in and out of venues
- Coordinate with venue staff to ensure VIP entry to all guests
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and electric atmosphere on the bus
- Report any incidents, guest stories, or feedback to management
Requirements:
- Outgoing, energetic, and confident in leading groups
- Strong communication and crowd management skills
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented with excellent time management
- Able to handle fast-paced nightlife environments with professionalism
- Must be comfortable filming content
- Prior hospitality, nightlife, or tour experience a plus
- Must be available to work Friday and Saturday nights, Sundays (mornings/afternoons)
