Pool Service Technician – Part-Time Field Route (Truck Required)
Location: San Dimas and surrounding areas
Job Type: Part-Time mornings Mon-Fri with weekends off
We are hiring a Part-Time Pool Service Technician to service residential and commercial pools across the local area. This is a field route position ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, driving between locations, and working independently. Candidates must have a reliable truck , proof of insurance , and a clean 5‐year driving record .
Responsibilities
- Drive your route to multiple pool locations
- Scrub tile, vacuum pools, and remove debris
- Test and adjust pool water chemistry
- Empty baskets and check equipment for proper operation
- Complete service logs and use the required mobile app
- Provide friendly, professional customer service
- Work independently with minimal supervision
Requirements
- Reliable personal truck with valid insurance
- Clean driving record (last 5 years)
- Smartphone capable of running the work app
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Comfortable with physical work: standing, kneeling, bending
- Able to work outdoors in all weather
- High level of integrity and accountability
Compensation & Allowances
- $18/hr
- Mileage-based gas/vehicle maintenance allowance
- Monthly cell phone allowance
- Paid training provided
