Bilingual Sanitation Clerk

MINIMUM 1 YEAR OF RECENT SANITATION OR FOOD MANUFACTURING EXPERIENCE

Connect Staffing is seeking an experienced Sanitation Clerk and Systems Coordinator to fill an opening at a food manufacturing facility in Los Alamitos, CA.

Schedule: 40 hours per week, Additional hours, weekend and evening work may be necessary to meet the demands of the position.

Requirements for Sanitation Clerk and Systems Coordinator:

• Minimum 1 year of recent sanitation, food manufacturing, or similar experience.

• Pass a background check and drug screen.

• Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish (verbal).

• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Ability to work in a food production and office environment.

• Must be able to follow sanitation SSOPs and food safety procedures.

• Must wear steel toe boots and non-slip shoes (other PPE provided on site).

• Prior experience in roles such as Sanitation Clerk, Sanitation Technician, Food Manufacturing Sanitation, Quality or Sanitation Coordinator, or Production Sanitation is a big plus!

Responsibilities of the Sanitation Clerk and Systems Coordinator:

• Assist the Sanitation Supervisor with daily sanitation operations and documentation.

• Review, audit, and document sanitation SSOP execution and report non-conformances.

• Manage sanitation chemicals, PPE, and facility hygiene supplies.

• Assist with sanitation document control, audits, and SSOP updates.

• Coordinate container pickups and sanitation-related inventory needs.

• Occasionally assist with hands-on cleaning activities as needed.
