Delivery Driver (Class C)

US Air Conditioning Distributors is a Bosch-owned HVAC equipment distributor with 52 locations in California, Nevada, Utah, Idaho, and Arizona whose goal is to provide customers with what they need, when they need it, with incredible inventory selection and experienced, friendly personnel to assist the customer.
US Air Conditioning Distributors is currently seeking reliable and motivated professionals for its fast-growing North Highlands store.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
As a delivery driver, you will be responsible for loading and unloading products safely by properly blocking, bracing, and securing the cargo, and delivering products to customer sites within a designated time frame. You will also maintain the required logs and reports necessary to maintain the Department of Transportation and company policies relating to safety standards and operation of delivery vehicles, forklifts, etc. When not delivering, you will be helping to clean and keep the warehouse well-organized.
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Current valid driver’s license
- Experience driving a manual transmission
- Must be 21 years old or older
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Customer service skills
- Teamwork skills
- Ability to take initiative
- Ability to handle high volume during peak demand times
- Ability to heavy-lift products
- Excellent driving record
