Executive Assistant
ODORZX Inc. is seeking a highly organized, discreet, and reliable Executive Assistant to directly support the Owner. This role requires someone who can operate at a high level, manage competing priorities, and mirror an executive schedule with professionalism and flexibility. Confidentiality, precision, and follow-through are non-negotiable.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct administrative and operational support to the Owner
- Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and scheduling
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and track action items
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion
- Maintain organization across emails, documents, and internal systems
- Act as a gatekeeper and point of coordination between the Owner and internal/external stakeholders
- Travel as required and adjust work hours to align with executive availability
- Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems before they escalate
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership or ownership
- Strong understanding of confidentiality standards and professional discretion
- Exceptional organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills
- High proficiency in computer systems and office software (email, calendars, documents, spreadsheets, cloud platforms)
- Ability to work in-office and mirror an executive schedule , including flexibility outside standard business hours
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed
