As part of our team, you’ll work alongside a partner to deliver a top-tier customer experience while safely handling clients’ belongings. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work combined with customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service while moving, packing, and unpacking customer items safely
- Greet customers at job sites and perform a walkthrough before starting the job
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members
- Support truck inspections and help maintain equipment inventory
- Work with your team to complete job paperwork and collect payments accurately
Qualifications
- Customer-focused mindset and ability to stay positive in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Experience in general labor, moving, construction, landscaping, or warehouse work is a plus
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) for handling estimates and payments
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items (100+ lbs.) and perform physical tasks such as climbing, bending, and walking throughout the day
- Good coordination and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (for driver applicants)
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
