About the role:

We are looking for aBoutiqueDirectorwho will be the ultimate leader and brand ambassador oftheBoutique. They will have an influential partforbuilding and developing an exceptional team that consistently provides superior client service andensuringthat theboutiqueexceeds defined performance targets.  TheBoutiqueDirectorshould be passionate about creating a client service-oriented environment and coaching and mentoring diverse leaders.

Position Logistics:
  • Minimum 7 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • Ability to lift 15 lbs.
  • A flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays
  • BoutiqueManagement:Requires in-store presence to develop and coach teams, ensureboutiqueimage and operational standards are upheld, and deliver elevated client service to drive business results

Compensation:
  • Theanticipatedbase salary range for this position is $134,000 through $185,000. Base salary is onecomponentof the total compensation for this position. Other forms of variable pay [may/will] be offered for this position. Other components [may/will] include bonus potential, benefits, and/orperks.
