•Stabilization and referral when more advanced care is required The variety of cases provides an excellent opportunity to maintain broad general practice skills while developing confidence with more involved medical presentations. The Team & Culture You'll become part of a collaborative environment where veterinarians are trusted to make appropriate medical decisions for their patients. The practice places particular emphasis on clinical autonomy, allowing doctors to determine diagnostic and treatment plans based on individual patient needs while still having experienced colleagues and support staff available when needed. Strong technical and operational support also allows veterinarians to spend more of their time on medicine, client communication and patient care rather than unnecessary administrative responsibilities. The Opportunity This role would suit an experienced general practice veterinarian or a doctor looking for greater exposure to varied medical and same-day cases. You'll have opportunities to: •Manage your own companion animal caseload
