About the Role
We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Account Executive to join our team! In this role, you will focus on building relationships with medical device manufacturers and suppliers, driving new business, and expanding opportunities within enterprise accounts. Your expertise in enterprise sales and consultative selling will be essential in helping organizations modernize their inventory, logistics, and operational workflows.

This is a key role for someone passionate about making a direct impact and taking charge of a pipeline, from prospecting to closing. You'll work closely with decision-makers across various departments, including supply chain, operations, IT, and executive leadership, to drive long-term success.

What You'll Be Doing

Pipeline Development & New Business Acquisition

Identify and target new supplier accounts that align with our ideal customer profile.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals.
Lead the sales process from initial discovery to closing, securing new customers and expanding existing accounts.
Partner with marketing to create targeted campaigns that generate inbound leads.
Keep CRM updated to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
Enterprise Sales & Closing Deals

Lead discovery meetings to understand customer needs and position our solution.
Present compelling business cases to decision-makers, demonstrating ROI and value.
Own the sales strategy, negotiations, and contract execution to drive revenue growth.
Collaborate with sales engineers and solutions teams to deliver seamless product demonstrations.
Account Expansion & Relationship Building

Expand within existing enterprise accounts, uncovering new opportunities for growth.
Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers, including C-suite executives and operations leaders.
Stay informed on industry challenges to ensure long-term value and partnership.
What We're Looking For

Proven experience in closing enterprise-level SaaS contracts, preferably in the medical device or healthcare supply chain industry.
A hunter mentality with a track record of exceeding quotas, securing new logos, and expanding existing accounts.
Strong understanding of medical device supply chains, field inventory, and surgical logistics is a plus.
Experience engaging with C-level executives, VPs, and Directors in sales, operations, IT, and supply chain.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
A self-starter with a growth mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Willingness to travel for in-person meetings, industry events, and relationship-building activities.

Compensation

The expected base salary range for this role is $140,000 - $160,000 USD, with an OTE of $300,000, based on experience and qualifications.
