Account Manager
Location: Must be local to the Bay Area - remote schedule
Duration: 6-month contract with potential to convert to fulltime
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary day‑to‑day contact for our client, building strong, trusted relationships
- Partner with internal creative and production teams to align scope, timelines, and expectations
- Manage client workflows, deliverables, and timelines from start to finish
- Ensure clients understand processes and identify training or improvement opportunities
- Prepare and deliver clear briefs, presentations, reports, and status updates tailored to each client
- Lead regular client check‑ins, including weekly status updates and monthly operational reviews
- Identify risks, elevate and recommend solutions as needed
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and workflows
New Business Support
- Assist with RFIs, RFPs, and new business opportunities
- Support pitch development, including case studies, credentials, research, and workshops
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar client‑facing role
- Experience working with global technology clients
