Customer Experience & Logistics Coordinator
Verify product details before shipping to ensure order integrity.
Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments of watches, jewelry, and accessories.
Coordinate the secure and proper shipping of products, ensuring they arrive in excellent condition.
Track shipments and proactively address any delays or issues. Inventory Management: Maintain an organized inventory of watches and jewelry, ensuring everything is properly cataloged and stored.
Handle consignment and repair inventory, keeping accurate records.
Collaborate with the E-commerce merchandising team to ensure inventory is up-to-date on the website.
Manage product listings on various online marketplaces.
Vendor & Watchmaker Coordination: Communicate with watchmakers for repairs, polishing, servicing, and order updates.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for inventory replenishment and special orders.
Maintain smooth workflows between teams, including sales, fulfillment, and service.
Be prepared to pick up and drop off inventory at vendor locations as needed, ensuring efficiency and timely deliveries. Concierge-Level Customer Service: Provide high-touch service to customers, proactively following up on orders and ensuring satisfaction.
Confirm payment details and product arrival with customers, offering support for any questions or concerns.
Build long-term relationships with clients through warm, personable communication.
Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries regarding purchases, repairs, or consignments.
Assist with creating and sending shipping labels and payment instructions to clients. Additional Duties: Track incoming shipments and follow up with customers after they receive their orders to ensure satisfaction.
Help with special projects, events, or high-profile client transactions as needed.
Be open to appearing in the background of social media videos when required. Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in luxury retail, customer service, logistics, or inventory management (preferred).
6+ years of experience in at least two of the following areas:
Sales experience (required).
E-commerce experience (required).
Journalism/writing experience (required).
Executive assistant-level experience (required).
Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Comfort with social media and being on camera is a plus.
Must be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle vendor pickups and drop-offs at a moment's notice.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; must be highly personable.
Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism.
