Shift: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: $28–$32/hour
Location: Citrus Heights, CA

About the Opportunity

Looking for a hands-on role where every day brings something different? We’re seeking a Commercial Maintenance Technician to support multiple customer sites in a local territory. This is a mobile position where you’ll be provided a company vehicle and tools while working across a variety of commercial properties.

What You’ll Do

You’ll handle a mix of maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting work across commercial buildings:

• Perform preventative maintenance and respond to daily work orders
• Complete minor plumbing repairs (toilets, urinals, faucets, valves, flush systems)
• Handle light electrical work (switches, outlets, fixtures, bulbs, ballasts)
• Perform carpentry and general building repairs (drywall, doors, walls, painting touch-ups)
• Maintain building appearance and functionality across multiple sites
• Troubleshoot basic HVAC, electrical, and plumbing issues
• Complete inspections and document work using a tablet or mobile device
• Submit service reports, time entries, and job updates
• Communicate with customers to ensure quality service and satisfaction
• Support larger project estimates when needed

What We’re Looking For

• Around 5 years of general maintenance or facilities experience
• Strong skills in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
• HVAC experience is a plus
• Comfortable using mobile devices for work orders and documentation
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Good communication and customer service mindset

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid driver’s license in good standing required
• Experience in commercial maintenance strongly preferred
• Ability to travel locally between job sites daily
