Role Overview We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to design, build, and scale internal business systems at 1X. You’ll work closely with product, manufacturing, and operations teams to create and maintain high-performance, reliable software that supports our ERP, manufacturing, and operations workflows. This role offers the opportunity to lead technical projects end-to-end and shape the systems powering our company’s growth.
Responsibilities
Architect, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications that support internal operations and business workflows
Build and integrate features across front-end, back-end, and database layers for high performance and reliability
Design APIs, data models, and interfaces for ERP and related business modules (Sales, Manufacturing, Supply Chain)
Integrate and extend ERP platforms (e.g., Odoo, NetSuite) to align with evolving company needs
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate operational challenges into scalable technical solutions
Contribute to infrastructure setup, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices
Ensure code quality, testing coverage, and system documentation that support long-term maintainability
Job requirements
Requirements
5+ years of professional experience in full-stack engineering, proficient in Python, and/or JavaScript
Skilled with modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue) and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
Proven ability to own the full software lifecycle, from architecture and development to deployment and iteration
Experience with enterprise integrations, APIs, and ERP-related systems supporting manufacturing or operations
Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Exposure to ERP or business systems such as Odoo, NetSuite, or SAP is a plus
Experience with cloud infrastructure, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD automation is a plus
Prior startup or high-ownership environment experience, with a focus on scalability and rapid iteration is a plus

Salary Range: $150,000 ‑ $221,000
