About the Opportunity

A fast-paced and growing real estate organization is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Escrow Assistant to support their dynamic escrow team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment, enjoys working cross-functionally, and takes pride in keeping transactions running smoothly from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

• Support escrow officers with day-to-day transaction management and closing processes
• Prepare and review escrow documents, contracts, and closing materials
• Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication
• Track transaction timelines and ensure all steps are completed accurately and on schedule
• Assist with financial components of transactions, including calculations and documentation
• Maintain organized and compliant escrow files in accordance with company policies and regulations
• Jump in wherever needed to keep deals moving efficiently

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of escrow, real estate, or related administrative experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to think on your feet
• High level of professionalism and customer service

Schedule & Environment

• Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (flexibility for occasional overtime/weekends)
• Fully onsite in a professional office setting
