THE OPPORTUNITY

KRAFTON Game Service (KGS) provides interactive features directly experienced by users within games. Our mission is to design features that maximize player immersion and enjoyment, and to bring them to life through close collaboration with internal teams and external partners. We continuously strive to deliver optimized services for games launched under KRAFTON.

What You'll Be Working On

• Plan and develop core game service features such as matchmaking, leaderboards, achievements, and chat.


• Define product strategies and build both short- and long-term product roadmaps, setting clear goals and timelines for each stage, and align with stakeholders across teams.


• Monitor product performance after launch and implement ongoing improvements based on user and operational feedback.


• Operate internal tools that support product operations efficiently and provide clear documentation and services to boost the productivity of operations teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• 5+ years of experience in planning and operating service-based features (e.g., matchmaking, chat) for games or game platforms.


• End-to-end experience in launching and operating a product — from ideation to release.


• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and communicate effectively with diverse teams.


• Comfortable using collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence.


• Open to international business travel.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Experience in global service operations


• Understanding of game server systems and client architecture.


• Experience designing/planning SDK- or API-based services.


• Passion for games!


• Fluency is another language is a strong plus
